A nice ride from Ynyslas out around Borth Bog and off to Talybont Woods then down to the Leri and back home.

Pretty wet and slimy out there making things a little squirmy and squelchy at times and pretty tough in the woods over the roots. Came off once at slow speed but not too badly, then got stung all over by nettles a little further on. Tentative on the descents but put in a moderate amount of effort elsewhere.
